Jeffrey Fawaz started his career in finance and wealth management, and quickly moved into the world of real estate. Since then, he has become a top sales broker, successful real estate developer and investor. Learning all aspects of real estate transactions, project analysis and construction management.



After working with Merrill Lynch as a wealth management advisor ad JP Morgan Chase as a banker, Jeffrey has spent the last 6 years in real estate owning and operating Fratelli Properties International and developing and overseeing construction for Fratelli Design's high-end condominium renovations. Jeffrey has been well involved in the identification, analysis and acquisition of real estate throughout the Houston market.



An international individual, Jeffrey is fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Italian. Born in Boston, raised in Beirut, and internationally educated, Jeffrey truly believes that to succeed in Houston’s global economy, it is essential to continuously grow and learn.
