As a seller, we're always a little reluctant to give out 5% of the sale price, right? As someone who has successfully sold a house FSBO, this is definitely the case for me. This sale, however, we absolutely needed someone else to do everything for us. JEFF was incredible! He earned every penny. His anticipation of our (3) buyers next moves ensured that we were never left without an solid, full price offer. He has a 4-person team---all of them are detail-oriented, prompt, available at all times (even on vacation) and personally, people I would love to socialize and be friends with. Jeff was our realtor when we bought a house in Bloomington, IN in Spring 2014. Jeff is fantastic and my wife and I definitely recommend him! We planned a short house-hunting trip over Spring Break and called Jeff out of the blue only a few days before our trip. Despite the short notice, and despite clearly being super busy and juggling lots of other clients, Jeff spent most of a few days showing us lots of houses. Jeff never made us feel like he didn’t have time for us and he never pressured us. He also seemed to really get what our taste was (we were looking for a modern house on a wooded lot) and showed us every house in Bloomington that was even close to that. He also showed us a number of alternatives (e.g., new builds in the suburbs; older houses in the suburbs; houses in more urban, walkable areas) just to give us a feel for what the other options were, which was useful and just solidified for us what we wanted in a house. We looked at lots of houses with Jeff, but ended up buying the third house he showed us. We’ve lived here for about six months now and love our home. We definitely recommend Jeff if you want a realtor who is professional, really knows the Bloomington real estate market, is easy to get along with, and is not pushy. - cmberry2

Jeff was recommended to us by a colleague and we would recommend him to anyone. During our very first phone conversation, he seemed to immediately *get* what my husband and I were looking for, and his enthusiasm for the process was infectious.
