Jeff has given us the best service in purchasing a home we have ever had! He stuck with us from when we initially contacted him in August 2021 all the way to closing in mid-January 2022. We had many challenges, mainly in the selling of our home and being displaced in Maryland, and through all the struggles Jeff stuff with us and gave us the best help possible. I will recommend him above any other realtor in the Baltimore area!

If you want a realtor who is friendly, professional, and knows the real-estate industry, then look no further. I'm a repeat client of Jeff Greer. He has helped me buy two dream houses. He has a personal touch, working non-stop to answer all your questions and address your needs. He has a interior designer eye and can help you visualize furniture layouts or simple home improvements to enhance the space. He always jumps through hurdles with easy. I have never met a realtor so kind and caring helping others find their new home. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could! I highly recommend anyone using Jeff Greer!!

My wife and I recently relocated from Florida to Maryland. We are so happy that we found Jeffrey to help us locate our forever home in Maryland with a little one on the way! Jeffrey’s expertise of the local marketplace was extremely helpful in tackling where would be the best place to settle down with proximity to schools, shopping and things to do like hiking. Additionally Jeffrey’s unique background of HVAC and knowledge of home repair was helpful with putting our minds at ease that we were making the right purchase. It was evident that his main objective was that my wife and I were truly happy with our home purchase decision. I would recommend Jeffrey for anyone looking to buy in MD. He really took the time to listen to our needs/wants for a home and did everything he could to make it happen for us.

Jeff helped my husband and I find our first home. We looked in several different areas (Towson, Catonsville, Columbia, Ellicott City, Owings Mills, Pasadena, etc.) and Jeff was knowledgeable of all of them. He was incredibly easy to work with and super responsive both with texts and calls. He's also incredibly knowledgeable of HVAC and electrical work and was able to point out possible issues with prospective homes. He also took us out to a super sweet celebratory lunch after we closed on the house. We definitely recommend Jeff!
