Jeffrey Herr

Jeffrey joined Bennett Williams Commercial in 2017 after graduating from Drexel University’s Pennoni Honors College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance. While attending Drexel, Jeffrey completed co-ops at the Macquarie Group (formerly Delaware Investments), Lincoln Financial Group, and PFM, experiences that provided him with a breadth of knowledge in finance and investments.

Jeffrey is a partner with his father, Jeff Herr, in representing an expansive clientele of developers, landlords, and tenants and occupiers. In the first five years of his commercial real estate career, he completed several hundred million dollars in transactions and landed credit tenants that include Amazon, the General Service Administration, Penn Medicine, Terex Utilities, Mitsubishi, Image First and Trustmark. As a selling agent, Jeffrey has closed deals with national homebuilders, accredited investors and developers, and many private business owners.

Jeffrey has participated in the development of hundreds of acres of raw land, including the present sites of Starbucks, Taco Bell, Holiday Inn Express, Messick’s Farm Equipment in Mount Joy. He represented the Seller/Buyer in transactions with Natural Lands, NVR/Ryan Homes, Heartland Builders, and numerous industrial and residential developers. He was also involved in the redevelopment of the Crozer Community Hospital in Delaware County, PA.
