Jeff was all I could ever have wanted in a real estate agent. He was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. My situation was unique in that I’m a young disabled veteran and have severe environmental sensitivities that made the home search process even more stressful. Jeff never made me feel guilty about my extra requirements or the additional time it took to look at specific properties. In fact, he even sat with me for 2 hours in a condo while I waited to see if the new paint job would irritate my asthma (LEGENDARY). Unfortunately, it did. However, Jeff never made me feel guilty or rushed despite this. I originally planned on renting but when I mentioned potentially buying instead, he did not miss a beat. Jeff always made time for me and was incredibly responsive to my calls and texts, always answering right away or getting back to me within minutes. When it came time to close, Jeff explained the NJ real estate legal process to me since I was moving from NY. He managed to save me money through negations at multiple points during the contract phase. All in all, I couldn’t recommend Jeff more. He is an incredibly hard working and knowledgeable real estate agent and I’m proud to call him my realtor and friend.
