Jeff was the one I trusted to sell my house in Aurora, IL in Aug 2022. He was attentive to my needs regarding listing the house in a timely manner so I could capitalize on a market that was favorable to me. His knowledge of the market and efficient communication with colleagues resulted in a very quick sale of my place and above what it was listed for. His assistance and liasion with the title company was exceptional in helping me understand the closing process and the ultimate proceeds I would get. My experience with Jeff was outstanding and I have recommended him to others. He's outgoing and indeed has his buyers best interest throughout the process. Jeff is a real leader in the field of real estate. His work on my behalf was truly appreciated. His leadership and example are a certain reflection of the caliber of realtors one would expect from @properties. His work is to be commended and will forever be one of the more pleasant and rewarding experiencs I had with regard to the sale of my house. I wish I could give Jeff 10 stars! This gentleman should be in the Realtor hall of fame! Unbelievable customer service & always there to answer questions quickly & professionally. Such a nice reliable realtor. He got me into see homes in a timely manner. He did a great job walking me through the process & helping me anyway he could. It’s a pleasure working with Yvonne. We recently moved from Philly to Chicago due to work and we needed a rental place quickly. Having a small Baby it was really an overwhelming task, searching property and contacting the respective parties on internet. Not receiving a proper reply was another issue. We then got in touch with Yvonne and she promptly answered all our queries. She is really familiar with the Naperville/Aurora area. We had specifically asked for rental townhomes which are safe, kid’s friendly and also near to metra station so that we can easily commute to work. She quickly gave us a ton of choices and talked to their respective agents on our behalf. She showed us various properties and kept showing until we selected one. She has even dropped us to metra station many times when the day ended. I will say me and my wife were delighted, she has a vast knowledge and takes pride in what she does. Coming to a new city and not knowing anyone is really overwhelming but after we found Yvonne it was so easy. I would like to say if anyone looking for any real estate advice be it buying, selling or renting DO CONTACT YVONNE. SHE IS THE BEST.

Yvonne went above & beyond in helping us find our perfect home.
From asking the important questions, to fighting for the best rate...I would highly recommend.
