Jeff did an outstanding job in helping us find and buy a new home. He started with building an understanding of our requirement and then searching the desired markets for homes that met those requirements. He was always readily available and responsive to any questions we had and coordinated multiple home viewings in a timely manner. One of the things we really appreciated was Jeff’s willingness to share his thoughts on whether homes we viewed truly met our present and future needs and pointing out things we might have missed when viewing the homes. We highly recommend working with Jeff if you’re in the market for a new home.

Jeff went above and beyond with a property that started going sideways during renovation. As an out of state investor, I relied on him being my eyes and keeping me updated. He was extremely communicative, quick to respond, very good with negotiating and giving confidence to see the property through to closing. He is kind, courteous, professional, but no push over (which I look for in an agent). I highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Jeff was an immaculate realtor for me. I asked Jeff to both help me sell my current home at the time and purchase my new home. The process took about six months in all. Throughout the six months, Jeff went above and beyond in regards to all aspects of both sales. He made this an experience that I enjoyed going through.

When selling, Jeff's stagers and photographers were top notch. They did not miss a beat. I firmly believe that this is why my house sold because the buyer was from out of state. All they had to go by was the pictures and the presentation of the home. Therefore, I believe the pictures and staging sold the home for me.

Specifically when I was looking to purchase, I requested to see a lot of homes. Jeff didn't question the process once and more so was happy to show me what ever home I was researching. Jeff's knowledge of the market was impeccable. He knew everything about the area's I was looking in. This made me feel extremely comfortable in the purchasing process.

For anyone looking into realtors that make the process seamless and a great experience, buying or selling, Jeff Johnson is your guy!

Jeff recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home! From the very beginning he was super responsive. Jeff answered all of our questions and really helped us feel less anxious about the whole process. He took the time to check out a ton of houses with us, and always offered an honest opinion when we asked him questions about things we saw while searching. We would highly recommend Jeff to anyone buying or selling a home. This man HUSTLES for his clients. For the two months we worked with him selling our previous townhouse and purchasing our new home, he made us feel like a priority. Jeff is there day and night for his clients. The housing market has been extremely competitive in 2021- within 24 hrs of touring the home of our dreams, Jeff worked with us to lock in our pre-approval and sign for our home. Several times throughout buying/selling, we reflected on how lucky we were to have met Jeff by chance at an open house. Jeff was our realtor for both selling our old home and buying our new one. He was a former co-worker of mine, so I knew how hard he worked beforehand.

His expertise helped us sell our home for $15K over asking price and win a bidding war for our new home. Jeff was excellent throughout the entire process. He was in constant communication with us and would set up viewings on new homes within hours.
