Jeff Neal is a founding member of Walker Realty Partners LLC and has successfully served hundreds of buyers and sellers - establishing himself as a highly experienced and dedicated real estate professional. A Dallas native who grew up in the Preston Hollow area, Mr. Neal entered the real estate industry and promptly earned the “Rookie of the Year” title. Each year since, he has produced multi-million dollar sales volumes while providing impeccable service to his clients, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for every transaction.
Thriving on the fast pace of the real estate profession, Mr. Neal also enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge of architecture and interior design with clients. “I love helping people stage their homes for sale,” he says. “The positive impact staging can make on the first impression of buyers is amazing.” Jeff admits that he leaves the paperwork to his team, focusing on his passion for design to showcase each property to its fullest potential.
Mr. Neal attended the University of North Texas, where he specialized in Marketing. His background in property management before entering residential sales provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. He has also personally purchased and renovated many homes for resale, giving him firsthand insight into the renovation process and the ability to guide clients through it with confidence.
Over the years, Mr. Neal has assisted many notable clients, attracted by the architectural and natural beauty of Dallas's older, established neighborhoods. His deep knowledge of the local market and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted advisor in the community. Additionally, Jeff excels at helping buyers see the possibilities that escape most people, transforming their vision into reality.
Jeff was dual licensed for approximately 10 years in California, where he sold properties in both Dallas and the Laguna Beach & Long Beach markets. He returned to Dallas in 2015 to focus exclusively on serving his hometown, continuing to provide his clients with unparalleled expertise and exceptional service.
Outside of real estate, Jeff is passionate about animal rescue and personally has several rescues, although he has declined to say how many.
