Jeff is very informative as a readily available realtor. He made the process of house search much more attainable, as he has the latest electronic contracts and signing abilities, over the phone and email.

He was responsive even after hours, with questions, or resources to inform me in the home buying process.
Looked at multiple walk-throughs together, and he was always reassuring that we would find the right fit for a house, despite a climbing market.

Helped us to find a good house in a market where a lot of troubled houses seemed good at first. He knew market. He knew houses. After our purchase of a house in Holyoke, he put us in contact with an inspector, a painter, our closing attorney and others who did good work at reasonable prices. He also seemed to understand the market situation and the thinking of other realtors and sellers under that situation.

If you do not value professionalism, knowledge, friendly attitude, and honesty, then you do no want Jeff for your real estate needs.

From the moment we met, we enjoyed Jeff’s positive attitude and friendly personality. We needed to sell our home fast and that is exactly what happened. Throughout the whole process, Jeff was always a phone click away, ready to answer our many questions at all possible times of day and night. He never complained or showed impatience, just explained what we did not understand.

His goal was to make us happy and he did. He took care of everything from A to Z. He even convinced his two sons to give us a hand in moving a stove from upstairs to downstairs.

In order words, do yourself a favor - search no more, Jeff is your man.

Jeff is a great guy and a top knotch realtor. He's knowledgeable in the nuances of the ever-changing real-estate market as well as the subtleties of all the different towns.
