We bought our home back in October 2021 in Flossmoor Illinois. Jeffrey Polster was our agent. We had been looking for a home for some time now and Jeffrey had been checking in with us from time to time about new prospective properties that met our search criteria.

We recently found a couple of properties in Flossmoor that we liked and sent them to Jeffrey to get us more details on them and arrange for a viewing. As always, Jeffrey arranged for the viewing within a matter of minutes after receiving my text. Time is of upmost importance in this market and Jeffrey knows it!

From the day of the viewing to the closing day Jeffrey guided us through each step of the process and ensured that both we and the seller met all our contractual deadlines prior to the closing day. Jeffrey went over every line of the purchase contract with me and explained each section of the contract and answered all my questions and concerns. I had many questions as a first home buyer!

Jeffrey was present at our initial viewing, home inspection and at closing even though he had to drive all the way from Oswego to Flossmoor which is out of his general working area.

Jeffrey’s professionalism speaks for itself, and his work ethic is unmatched. We couldn't be happier than to have Jeffrey and his team at John Greene Realtors represent us in this transaction.

Jeffrey was responsive via phone and email during our home buying process - basically accessible at any point when we needed him (including his own vacation).
He was knowledgeable about the area and provided us with guidance on what the buying process entailed.
Jefferey was positive and maintained an energetic attitude. We appreciated his punctuality and the references he provided (lawyer, title company, etc) were outstanding. We would recommend Jeffrey as a realtor.

I was new to home buy, Jeffrey Polster made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Jeffrey Polster (John Greene Realtors) was professional and personal! Jeffrey Polster explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the Mortgage Lender (Celebirity Home Loans). This made it really easy to move to New Home in Aurora in less than 2 month.

John Greene Realtors- best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Highly recommend.

I recommend Jeffrey Polster to anyone looking to do any Real Estate transaction.

Jeff was very responsive and was able to schedule our home tours as soon as he could and was very honest with his feedback and thoughts about the place. He had very good knowledge about the area and clearly explained each step of the process since we were first time buyers. Jeffery came to be my realtor by default and I’m so very happy it turned out that way. Listen to him. :) He is very Informative, knowledge and great at returning calls even late at night and walking you though the entire process. The process of buying a house is tiring, exhausting to say the least but Jeffery has a way of putting you at ease and getting you the house you want. Trust him, you are in good hands!!

If you're looking around to find the perfect realtor to rent or buy, then look no more! I had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey Polster and I cannot express enough how amazing the experience with him was! He went above and beyond our expectations, and did everything in his power to help us find the perfect rental, and was just absolutely wonderful and professional. You truly can't ask for a better realtor to work with, and I absolutely will recommend working with him to everyone I know!! He was so great that when I would email or call him about a follow up, he had already just done it and that made the process and experience just that much better. This was my second time working with Jeffrey. 14 months ago I asked Jeffrey to help me buy a house. It was a great experience, so I asked him to sell the same house. I went back to Jeffrey because he was extremely professional, effective, a great negotiator, very responsive, and more.

After just 14 months of owning the house, I should have lost a lot of money but fortunately I had the right guy for the job. Jeffrey was able to guide me through the process and I actually made a profit after closing costs! I am forever grateful to Jeffrey. I would have used him to buy my new house had I had not moved out of state.

Very rarely do I provide my professional recommendations, but he did such a great job that I wanted to write him a great review so you may also have a great home buying/selling experience with Jeffrey!

Jeff did a wonderful job of helping us both sell our home and buy a new home. He has great communication skills, he was responsive to our requests and to matters that came up during the process, he has excellent market knowledge, and was able to explain all the details of the home buying and selling process. He was also able to leverage the capabilities of his agency in a way that either improved the process or made our experience seamless. This was only our second home purchase and the first one where we needed to sell our home to purchase a new one. Jeff made us feel as if we were his only client and he made us feel like he truly cared about our best interest both from the sales side and from the buy side. I worked with Jeffery Polster to connect me with the owner of the condo unit I am renting. Upon first contact with Jeffery about renting the unit he was quick to respond to any question I had in a timely and professional manner. He was very jovial and personable and reached out when he said he would while informing me of the process every step of the way. The owner of the condo he was assisting to rent also works at john greene. He made sure to communicate this more than once during our interactions.

During the showing of the recently upgraded unit there were shoe covers available, as to not soil the newly installed carpet. I liked the touch of the shoe covers being in a basket by the front door with a sign that reminded visitors that this could be their potential home and to treat it as such. I appreciated that forethought for the next potential tenant.

I am renting the unit and have not typically used a realtor to source a rental property so some of the information I received was not of utmost importance to my needs as they seemed to be more relevant to a buyer of a unit. I am still waiting to assess the longer term ramifications of having to relay concerns through the owner to then have them forwarded to the property management company of the building. I did however appreciate the final walk-through of the unit to address any concerns I had after I first viewed the unit, before I was set to deliver 1st months rent. As a renter I am typically only given one chance to view a unit before delivering payment. As a resident for 1 month the one concern I had was responded to in a very prompt, courteous and professional manner by the owner of my unit, another john green realtor.
