Jeff Rayno is a most excellent Realtor. He is brutally honest, has an attention to detail, has experience that catches concerns which newer, less experienced realtors might miss, is always accessible for and prompt at answering questions and concerns. I could not say enough about Jeff Rayno, anyone in the Savannah area should look no further for a phenomenal realtor! He is extremely knowledgeable on anything you can need throughout the process, he is dedicated to getting the home you love and deserve, and most importantly he is an honest man. His team is just as phenomenal as he is, and they all will work with you through anything that comes up. My wife and I had a blast throughout the experience of buying our first home and will be using/recommending Jeff anytime it comes up!

We just closed on the purchase of our first home, thanks to Jeff! Truly, you will not find a more honest, knowledgeable, straight forward, genuine, hard working, realtor than Jeff! Especially since it was our first time buying a home, we would’ve been lost without him! He is so helpful and honest when it comes to explaining things about the market/house buying process, as well as making sure we avoid any houses with big issues or makes every detail known to us about the house. Jeff helped us find a Condo in Savannah, GA. In 2022, home shopping is a very difficult task, but since we lived over 8 hours away, our search was even more challenging. Jeff was there every step of the way for us and was a valuable asset in our multiple month search. He helped us reach our goal and we have now closed on a condo in our #1choice neighborhood. Jeff is an amazing realtor! We gave him a price point, and desired areas. He showed us several properties and was super patient as we mulled about the house and area. When we found the house we wanted, Jeff had our best interest in mind and advised on a successful offer. Jeff is already on notice when it’s time to sell this home and find a new one! We were not sure if we wanted to sell our home because we wondered where we would go. Jeff told us of the pros and cons of our choice, but he never pressured us to make a decision. He said we would know if it was the right move. He put together a plan where we sold our home first, and we proactively searched for a new home. Everything fell in place, and he negotiated a home for us to buy. It is true you sell high and buy high, but we felt we got the best deal on our new purchase. It appraised above the price we paid, and the values are still increasing in the neighborhood. He also worked with us to find the right home. Some had hidden issues like bad HVAC units, water heaters and potential roof issues. He said he wouldn't be happy till we said "aha" when we walked through the front door. And we did...in the one we are in.

Mr. Rayno fought hard for us in this seller's market. We lost two homes to cash buyer's, but Mr. Rayno was able to negotiate a deal for us even though we had a conventional loan. Apparently there is more to the deal than just the money, and he worked hard to find out what the seller's needed. His strategy for us made all the difference, and now we are in our beautiful home. I recommend Mr. Rayno for anyone hoping to get in a home in this difficult market where there are so few homes to purchase.
