Jeffrey is an excellent real estate broker. He has tons of experience in the Real Estate world and it shows! His attention to detail and organizational skills are top notch. He's the type of broker that doesn't assume anything, he leaves no stones unturned and no detail goes unnoticed. I wish I could give him more that 5 stars!

Jeffrey helped find a unique townhouse in a tough market within a few weeks. We got our offer accepted on our second attempt, Jeffrey was instrumental in a figuring out a strategy and scouting the right places for us. He also helped us widen our search. In the end we found a affordable place in an area we initially did not expect we could afford. He is great with communication, engaging all involved parties and educating you along the way. Overall we highly recommend him, the home buying process was relatively smooth considering the complexity.

I cannot say enough great things about Jeffrey! My husband and I were relocating to Seattle from Chicago on short notice. We were unfamiliar with the neighborhoods, the market, and even what type of real estate we wanted to pursue. Jeffrey guided us through the entire process with ease. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information we needed to find the perfect new home for us. Without being able to travel to Seattle to see properties at first, we greatly appreciated Jeffrey's offer to tour properties on our behalf and offer honest feedback so that our search was narrowed down by the time we arrived. Thanks to his efforts, we are now able to call beautiful Queen Anne home! Jeffrey devoted so much time to look at properties with us and then got us a tour of our new condo within the hour it went on the market so we could quickly get an offer in. He made sure everything on our wish list was checked off and more. We are so grateful for all he has done for us and we recommend him for all of your real estate needs!
