My family and i were homeless for over two years in and out of hotels sleeping and showering at truck stop called loves off of i95 in ormond beach fl truck stops off i4 Seminole county and the VA introduced me to the Ssvf that introduced me to changing homelessness and Lisa and Julie and better buy realty Kathleen of palm coast advocated and blessed our family in a town house in Flagler beach ending our sleeping in the car and getting back on our feet. God sent blessings through those wonderful women and my case worker me. Maldonado at the lake Nona Veteran administration hospital. It’s been a true blessing. What can I say. Without a doubt in my opinion
the best Real estate company I have every had the privilege to work with. I came to Palm Coast
from South Florida to see a home my wife discovered on Zillow. I called the listing agent and made arrangements to drive there and see this particular home. Well, the Realtor I drove over 5 hours to to see in my opinion was not the 5 star
rated person Zillow, Trulia and others were advertising. Beware of 5 star ratings. Do your own research. Many are written by friends and family. Anyway, I felt very uncomfortable and politely said I needed to find another Realtor and thats when I found Better Buy Realty. The Owner set me up with an agent. I spent the night at a local hotel and the next day this agent Kathleen showed me everything I wanted to see and more. We found a home in one day in Wild Oaks. Went back the following week with my wife and she fell in love with the home and we bought it. Theses agents know the area very well. They've lived in Palm Coast most if not all of there lives. Stay away from agents that are not from that area. They do not have the experience like a local agent does. Better Buy Realty is where you want to go if your looking for a home in Flagler County. ( Palm Coast )

Sold in 1 day ! Thank you Jeff Sawyer........ my wife and I saved about about $4500.00.......in commission that the other Realtors charge........that comes in handy since I am retired and my wife is retiring from the Flagler School system in June......
The reason it sold so fast were the pictures that Jeff took and posted in the MLS and his vivid description of our house..........almost made us want to stay..........

I had to meet the crazy guy I saw in the ad! I am glad I did. I was impressed that he didn't fit the mold of the other realtors - same old, same old. Jeff showed up dressed for success, he was wearing a tie and socks - not a Bahama shirt and flip flops. I know I lived in Florida, but come on people I am selling a home worth well over a half a million dollars and I don't want bozo the clown representing me. Jeff was extremely knowable, quick witted, and frank. I liked the latter the most about him. I listed with him because he didn't try over try selling me. He presented the value of my home and supported it with real data - then stopped talking! When the other agents told me the value and saw in my expression (that I seemed like my home was worth more) they immediately changed their tune and said THEY could get more, not Jeff. He said the value is what it is and he didn't make numbers up. If I wanted to list for more than what the market said it was worth, he told me their are plenty of other agents that would be happy to take my listing and to call him when they fail to sell. He was right. I listed with Jeff, another agent brought the buyer and their appraisal just met my selling price. I had a wonderful experience with the crazy guy I saw in the ad.

I had listed my home with two other real estate offices before meeting and listing with Jeff. Neither of the previous agents understood my unique situation, even though they said they did! Both the other agents used the same strategy they had used with every other client when the real estate business was easier and they (both) panicked when a quick sale didn’t happen--their only answer to selling my house was to lower the price..Who couldn't sell their home if your giving it away! Jeff was patient. We worked the game plan together, and he gave wise counsel along the way. We did some judicious updating, tweaked the plan as we went along and we hit my goals. Most importantly, we sold my home for more than my prior agents thought possible. If you want a listing in the MLS and a sign in the yard, you can get that anywhere. What impressed me most about Jeff was his confidence, you knew that he would sell our home. Every other agent we interviewed came across of as arrogant; I am the best, I sold a trillion homes, I this, I that, etc.... While with Jeff you could tell he was the real McCoy. He cut to the chase, didn't tell us a bogus high price to get the listing, and he did not pressure us in anyway. Meet the guy and you will know what I am saying. I would highly recommend Jeff if you are thinking of selling your home.
