I have spent the majority of my successful 35 year career in Sales in the Communications Industry and have a wealth of knowledge and experience making and negotiating many types of domestic and international business transactions. Throughout these years, I have also enjoyed doing work in home construction and bring a great deal of knowledge in both the innerworkings and upgrading of homes.

While in the communications industry, I sold sophisticated hardware equipment that resulted in the successful deployment of DirecTV in the US in the 1990’s. As a senior member of sales, I was instrumental in providing communication equipment that greatly enhanced the US Naval Fleet communications. As a co-founding member of a venture start-up company, I helped pioneer and sold a more efficient way to send video over fiber optics globally. All of these experiences have helped to shape my focus on superior customer service, listening to my clients and helping to address their needs and negotiate a successful outcome.

Nine (9) years ago I launched my Real Estate career in Northern Virginia where I have leveraged my business experience along with my home construction knowledge to advise and guide my clients to ensure a successful real estate transaction. I gained a tremendous amount of experience selling and buying homes outside our Nations Capital in a very highly populated, high priced housing region of the US. In early 2019 I brought my real estate talents to the Southport/Cape Fear area and am excited to continue to help my new and existing clients achieve their real estate goals.
