Jeffrey Sill is the best real estate agent that we have ever worked with. Not only did he find us a phenomenal property in downtown San Diego, he stuck with us through rounds of negotiations, then secured the sale in a high pressure situation, all with patience, cool and a sense of humor. After the sale, he helped for weeks to get the unit ready for the rental market. Throughout the process, he was readily available on the phone and always keep us in the loop. Jeff has a long professional history, so he was able to guide us in investment opportunities and advise on the best value of properties around the San Diego area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

One condo purchase in 2018, and recently a simultaneous condo sale and house purchase in April 2021. Especially in the competitive market in 2021, Jeff was able to help me sell my property at a good price and quickly, negotiate a leaseback while purchasing my next home, and we closed escrow in under 21 days. Everything went smoothly and that was because Jeff worked extremely hard to get us through a challenging market. Plus, he’s an all around nice guy!
