Not only did he find us a phenomenal property in downtown San Diego, he stuck with us through rounds of negotiations, then secured the sale in a high pressure situation, all with patience, cool and a sense of humor. One condo purchase in 2018, and recently a simultaneous condo sale and house purchase in April 2021. Especially in the competitive market in 2021, Jeff was able to help me sell my property at a good price and quickly, negotiate a leaseback while purchasing my next home, and we closed escrow in under 21 days.
