Real Estate Professional in the Greater San Diego area, licensed as a California Realtor® since 1989, Jeff is a passionate advocate for his clients and thoroughly enjoys the art of negotiating. He realizes the importance of each and every transaction and the confidence bestowed upon him by his clients to operate with the utmost integrity and honesty. He is a great communicator and is widely known for his open and constant line of communication.

With over 30 years of experience in the San Diego marketplace, Jeff's understanding of the local issues is a critical asset in the corner of his clients. He has completed hundreds of transactions throughout many of the finest neighborhoods in the county. As a designated foreclosure specialist, Jeff was selected to be one of a few Realtors to represent Freddie Mac and the HomeSteps team and has successfully handled many distressed property sales in San Diego. He is well versed in the short sale process.

Over his career, Jeff has gained extensive experience in home remodeling and building with his own investments and projects. After losing his home in the 2007 San Diego wildfires, Jeff shares his knowledge and expertise with his clients and friends and feels fortunate to have gone through the entire insurance, design, planning, contracting and building process - hard won knowledge that his clients benefit from each day.

Born in Alamosa, Colorado and raised in Santa Barbara, California, Jeff studied Accounting at California State University, Northridge where he played collegiate golf. In 1986 he graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration. Jeff has been married to Monique for over 25 years and has two sons, Braden and Tanner. He participates in the boy's wrestling and athletic activities and still plays golf when time permits. He has been active in church and community services as well as Mentor to other firestorm survivors. Traveling and entertaining are also some of Jeff's favorite pastimes. He currently is on the Board of Directors for the Poway Real Estate Professionals and President of the Montelena Homeowners' Association.
