Jeff was fantastic from start to finish. When he said he was going to do something or take care of something it was done.
When I contacted him with many questions including my “crazy” questions he was always professional and patient. If he wasn’t 100% sure of an answer, he didn’t answer with a “maybe “. He got back to me with an answer.
He gave us good advise to present the house though it was definitely a fixer upper that had been empty for over a year. He presented the house with great photos including drone pictures.
The buyer did not have an agent and Jeff became her agent. He still made me feel like he was working for me only. He went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor and even got us above asking.
I highly recommend Jeff and have already referred him.

We were referred to Jeff by friends. Jeff was very friendly, professional and well informed. He was patient and knowledgeable as my wife and I had many questions. He assured us that we were in good hands and didn’t disappoint. Since my wife and I had already moved out of state Jeff ensured our home was show ready and took beautiful photographs. Jeff listed our home quickly for a great price. He hosted several open houses and kept us up-to-date along the way. In only a few short weeks we had several competitive offers, most over our asking price! The sale process couldn’t have been any easier. Jeff explained all the disclosures and contracts thoroughly and was available to answer all of our questions along the way. Jeff got us exactly what we wanted for our house and was transparent and forthcoming at all times. I would give Jeff 5 starts and highly recommend him to anyone I know!
