Born and raised in Des Moines, Jeff is a third-generation in the real estate business. Since graduating from Simpson College in 1999, he began his career as a mortgage broker for Mortgage One, Inc. After completing 2 successful years in the finance business, Jeff decided to get his real estate license and join his father at Stanbrough Realty Company, a full service commercial real estate firm now located in Urbandale, Iowa.

Since becoming sole owner of Stanbrough Realty Company in 2003, Jeff brokered over $20.5 million in real estate within the first 4 years. He has been engaged in the real estate business for over 25 years now and is focused on growing the brokerage and property management part of this company.
