Jeffrey Steuber

As a real estate agent with a background in construction, I use my expertise to educate my clients and help them to evaluate properties with an eye on costs. With this perspective in mind, I show my clients how to better understand the overall value of a prospective property.

Because of my construction experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work on property renovations and other improvement projects that boost resale values.

I also enjoy sharing my knowledge of real estate investment and wealth building, teaching classes covering topics such how 1031 exchanges work.

When I’m not working with my real estate clients, I am an avid skier and sailor. I’m also involved with the Raritan Yacht Club, serving as the house chairman, where my duties include managing the club property.
