Jeff has called the South Shore of Massachusetts his home since 2006. A Winchester, MA native, he did not know that marrying a Canton girl meant you had to move to Canton, but since doing so, Jeff has learned to love Canton and the south shore. Jeff started out in the food service industry, providing comprehensive operational and strategic design for a wide variety of food service operations. When the COVID-19 pandemic took hold of the world and drastically affected sales in the food service industry, Jeff was given an opportunity to work with his brothers at the Criterion Group. In his first year at the Criterion Group, Jeff assisted the acquisitions team in acquiring 54 industrial properties in 14 states for industrial outdoor storage, ground-up multi-family development sites, and a film studio. Now in his third year with Criterion group, Jeff continues to add properties to Criterion's growing portfolio of commercial real estate properties. Wanting to make the leap into real estate full time, Jeff earned his Real Estate license in 2022 and has helped his friends and family buy and sell real estate on the South Shore of Boston. Jeff joined Coldwell Banker in Westwood because he can lean on the very best Realtors and Brokers in the business to provide the most effective resources to his clients to help them buy, sell and lease their properties.
At home, Jeff has been married to his wife Adrienne for 17 years and together they have a son and a daughter, along with an eclectic menagerie of animals, including 12 chickens. Jeff is particularly passionate about his ever-expanding philanthropic and volunteer efforts. Jeff, an Eagle Scout, is the Assistant Pack Leader of Canton Cub Scouts Pack 77 and fundraising chair of the Canton Scout Troop 77. In addition, Jeff is the chairperson of Keep Canton Beautiful, a non-profit focused on preserving Canton's beauty and he has organized two town wide litter clean up events. Jeff was also appointed as the Clerk of Canton's Walk, Bike & Hike Committee for improving pedestrian and bicycle safety in town. After years of research and rallying support across town, Jeff earned the Walk, Bike & Hike Committee a commitment from the Canton Community Preservation Committee to fund a Master Plan to design a passive recreation park at the Mary E Wentworth Recreation Facility in Canton. Jeff is passionate about his community and loves to connect with people.
