My name is Jeff Sullivan and I am a resident of Canton, Massachusetts. I began my career in real estate after a 20 year career in the food service industry, where I worked as a professional food service equipment dealer and designer serving the hospitality operators across New England. I earned my real estate license in 2022 and now work full time with Lamacchia Realty out of the Easton office, helping clients buy, sell, and lease residential and commercial property throughout Norfolk, Bristol, and Plymouth Counties.
Early in my real estate career, I gained valuable experience working with a Queens based development group where I helped source and acquire 54 off market industrial properties across 14 states in just 18 months. That foundation sharpened my ability to analyze value, negotiate complex deals, and identify opportunities others may overlook. Today, my focus includes first time home buyers, multifamily investors, downsizers, and restaurant and retail clients seeking the right location to grow their business.
In addition to brokerage, I actively pursue development and investment opportunities, including mixed use projects and restaurant repositioning deals. I work closely with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, contractors, and municipal boards to help clients navigate zoning, permitting, financing, and long term planning. My background in construction, equipment, and operations allows me to help clients assess properties from both a financial and practical standpoint.
I am deeply involved in the Canton community. I serve on the Walk, Bike and Hike Committee and help lead the annual Keep Canton Beautiful town wide litter clean up. Community service, local knowledge, and strong relationships are central to how I conduct business.
