About Jeffrey
Jeffrey T. Warren founded Warren & Associates, Inc. in 1993, within the small beach town of San Juan Capistrano, California. From the beginning Jeff and his team have focused on providing their clients with accurate and comprehensive appraisal reports while maintaining unprecedented customer service, and ethically exceeding industry standards.
From the beginning, the firm was operated as a full-service appraisal company which offered comprehensive real estate valuation services from simple single family residential homes to complex subdivision feasibility studies. Over the years they have been retained for estate tax, estate planning, acquisition, disposition, internal loan monitoring, legal, partial interest, easement, and mortgage lending assignments.
The types of properties they analyze each year include, but are not limited to, Single Family Homes, Apartments, Fast Food Restaurants, Retail Stores, Industrial Facilities, Office Buildings, Strip Malls, Warehouse's Mixed Use Properties, Subdivisions, Vacant Land, Car Wash Facilities, Gasoline Service Stations and Car Dealerships.
Jeffrey and his appraisal team attend both mandatory and voluntary continuing education requirements. In addition, their appraisal reports are completed in compliance with The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Code of Professional Ethics, and Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute.
