Known as "Flat Fee MLS Jeff", Jeffry Kermath has been a licensed real estate broker for over 35 years. He brings over 5,800 listings to the table with hundreds of deals closed. He was the first in Michigan doing "Flat Fee MLS" listings in 2000.

There is only one MLS in a given area which they put you in. After you go in the MLS it automatically goes to Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and all of the other real estate company sites like Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and the rest!

This is the best way to sell period. They don't make much but they make it up on volume. Last year, 2019 they did approximately 385 Flat Fee MLS listings throughout the state of Michigan! If you sell, no commission. If an agent brings you the buyer, pay them their half, usually 2.5% to 3%. Worst case you save about half, best case you save the entire 6% less our up front fee!
