Jennifer exceeded our expectations that we had for an agent. We had previously tried to sell our house twice with no success. We contacted Jen after we had read some wonderful reviews about her and we were not disappointed! She got the ball rolling on our listing and we hit the MLS market on a Friday. The following Monday we had a contract in had that we excepted!! It doesn't get any better than that! Should we ever need an agent again in the future Jennifer Burns will most definitely be the person we call!!

In July of 2014, my husband and I inquired about a house that was listed online, and Jen happened to be the agent. The house was already under contract, but Jen set out to find a house that we would love even more. We met in her office for the first time in early August and listed to her the things we were looking for in a house and she narrowed down the houses for us. We looked at only two different houses and loved one of them so much that we made an offer on it that very same day! The offer was accepted and she worked hard for the process to be a short one. We closed on our house on September 12, 2014 and just celebrated our one year anniversary in our home. We love it! This was our first home to buy, so I didn't know what to expect from a realtor. Jen is so friendly and personable, but just being a busy realtor, I totally expected to never hear from her again after the closing date! Boy, was I wrong! After being in our house for a week or two, she stopped by to check on us and brought some goodies. Then, in October, my husband received a birthday card from her! Then, at Christmas, we received a Christmas tree ornament shaped like a house (with 2014 on it) and a Christmas card from her. Then in July, I received a birthday card from her as well. She also sent us a card for our one year anniversary in our home. And, all mixed in with those, were random calls, texts, and emails just checking in on us to make sure we still love our home and if we needed anything! I have always felt as though we were Jen's only clients, and that is a wonderful feeling in such a large area! We absolutely adore Jen and plan to use her again in the future when we are ready to buy a bigger home!

Jenn was a fabulous realtor. We had our home on the market as for sale by owner for over 2 years. Jenn called to see if she could come show one of her clients our house. Of course we agreed. The buyer was interested, but needed some other specifics in a house. When asked if we would be interested in listing, my husband and I were very much against it. We had Jenn over a few days later to just talk with us about what listing with a realtor could do for us. She was so genuinely nice and knowledgeable we signed with her that day. Jenn helped us sell our home in less than 6 months. We were amazed at how listing with a realtor make our home more visible to potential buyers. The best part is Jenn was always available to us. Jenn helped my wife and I purchase our first home. We did not know where to start and she sat us down and talked us through the process and asked questions about what we had in mind , where we wanted to look, school district etc. then She introduced us to a lender that got us preapproved. She was very patient and didn't mind showing us the same house a few times so we were sure it was THE ONE.
