My 10 years of combined experience with both a national home builder and a well-respected RE/MAX brokerage have given me the skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate my way through the exciting and ever-changing world of Real Estate.   I've achieved great success assisting clients in not only home buying and selling, but building relationships with that last far beyond closing.  I'm proud to have earned my Accredited Buyer Representative designation with additional expertise in New Home Construction and Sales as well.  I have helped clients successfully purchase traditional resale, new construction, short sale, bank-owned, and vacant land.  I have experience in cash transactions, conventional, FHA, VA loans, For Sale by Owner, and multiple offer situations.  I work diligently, respond quickly, and listen closely to my clients and always have their best interests at heart.  I pride myself on my professionalism, experience, and passion for all things Real Estate and genuinely care about the happiness of my clients!
