When we decided to sell our home, my wife and I met with a couple of agents, saving Jen for last given she was recommended by a friend.

After Jen's initial presentation and the tour of our home, she told us what she could get us for our home, provided we make a couple of tweaks to bring it into the 21st century (my words not hers). I liked everything that Jen proposed to sell our home, but was a tad leery of the higher asking price she proposed, compared to the other agents we met with.

By the time Jen explained why she could get us the proposed price, we signed with her on the spot.

Jen turned out to be the quintessential RE professional with solid knowledge of her craft, the current market conditions, interior decorating skills, and must have written her own book on the art of the deal.

Selling a home is no fun so having someone at the helm as good as Jen is essential.

To make a long story short, our home sold in 2 days, at $20K above the asking price!!!

THAT blew me away.

What followed in preparation for closing was managed beautifully by Jen throughout all of the inspections, and she made sure that the repairs I needed to make were kept to a minimum via skilled negotiations with the folks on the other side of the deal.

BTW, Jen has a support team led by her right hand Marissa. This team ensured that everything went smoothly AND I always had access to Jen and/or Marissa, as needed.

I would highly recommend Jen Jones to anyone that wants the real deal (pun intended).

This is our 5th home purchase with Jennifer Jones because we move every 2-3 years. Her “white glove” service makes the buying and selling process seamless in what is typically a very stressful time. The team of Jen and Amanda are like a well oiled machine. They both are always in the loop with every transaction and they always answer emails/phone calls/ texts in a very timely manner.
