She is also the co-founder of King Tide Investment Group and Blue Ocean Investments, both residential real estate investment companies serving Charleston, SC, and Greenville, SC.
Beyond real estate, Jen is deeply committed to philanthropy. After their son, Bodhi, overcame cancer, Jen and Josh founded The McConnell Foundation to support pediatric cancer research at MUSC. Through their fundraising efforts, McConnell Real Estate Partners and The McConnell Foundation have donated over $400,000 to Dr. Jacqueline Kraveka's Pediatric Oncology Research Lab at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Jen is also deeply involved in the Isle of Palms community, whether through her brokerage’s presence at local events like Front Beach Fest, hosting client appreciation events, or giving back through charitable initiatives. When she’s not helping clients or advocating for pediatric cancer research, she enjoys playing tennis, biking along the beach, and spending time with her family.
