About Jen

Jen Rogers began her career in real estate 20 years ago focusing primarily on commercial real estate development, sales and property management. After building a successful career in real estate while living in California and Arizona, Jen relocated to Hummelstown, PA, her husband's hometown.

Throughout Jen's career while working with multi-million dollar developers, global tech companies and start-ups at their infancy phase, Jen thrived when finding what she refers to as the "perfect match" - a unique property for the right client. Jen found these "perfect matches" while working with dynamic clients which include Facebook, Pinterest, USB Financial, and Motorola. After moving to her husband's hometown, Jen worked on the historic adaptive reuse project at the iconic Wilbur Chocolate Factory in Lititz, Pennsylvania that included "48 on the Park" and the development of 26 new luxury condos. It was at this point in her career that she decided to transition and focus solely on residential real estate.

Quickly after transitioning to residential real estate, Jen’s career took off. In fact, she was on of Pennsylvania's Top Agent's in 2022.
In 2023, Jen and her business partner, Ashley Gardner, decided to take a huge leap and start their own real estate team, The Gardner Rogers Team. As Co-Owner of The Gardner Rogers Team, Jen continues to strive to represent the real estate community with high integrity. Jen's primary goal with every home buyer and seller is to provide exceptional service so that the entire journey to finding their new dream home or selling their home is memorable and successful. She has always made it a priority to ensure that her clients receive a high level of service and attention. Clients best describe Jen as kind, responsive, thoughtful, accommodating, and focused.

Jen loves spending quality family time with her husband and two children. When she is not working with clients or continuing to build her real estate team, you can usually find her enjoying sports with her two children or hiking with her husband.
