Jen Schuller is a respected REALTOR® with Iowa Realty, licensed since 2008 and a Broker Associate since 2015. She serves the Des Moines Metro and surrounding communities, including Ankeny, Urbandale, Grimes, and West Des Moines. With more than $90 million in closed volume and over 300 transactions, Jen brings a depth of experience and professionalism that clients rely on for successful results in both buying and selling.
Real estate has been part of Jen’s life from the beginning. Growing up in central Iowa with parents who owned an Iowa Realty franchise, she spent her weekends around open houses and home listings — a childhood that sparked her lifelong passion for real estate. Today, that early exposure translates into deep market knowledge and a genuine understanding of how meaningful each home purchase or sale can be.
Recognized with the Iowa Realty Achievement Award, Two More Deals, and DMAAR Circle of Excellence, Jen’s record reflects her consistent performance among central Iowa’s top agents. She specializes in relocations, first-time buyers, move-up buyers, new construction, and luxury homes, with an average sales price around $500K. Beyond sales, Jen contributes to the industry as a Trainer at the Iowa Real Estate School, where she mentors and supports fellow agents through professional development and continuing education.
When she’s not guiding clients or teaching future REALTORS®, Jen enjoys life in Ankeny with her husband, Greg. She’s an avid fan of Iowa State sports, golf, reading, traveling, and trying new recipes.
