Jen Surlas

Jennifer has been a serving a dual role in the real estate industry as a licensed Virginia Realtor for 14 years and a licensed Settlement agent in the VA, MD and D.C. areas for 13 years. This allows Jennifer to provide a unique perspective to her clients that assists in contract offers or problem solving throughout all transactions. Jennifer began her real estate career representing buyers across the Northern Virginia area. Prior to entering into real estate, she spent three years as a professional basketball player in the women's European basketball league. As a natural and competitive athlete, Jennifer has learned that hard work and dedication can pay off beyond the world of sports. Possessing team player skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to set goals and exceed those goals with inner drive and passion has led her to a successful career. Jennifer's goal is to help clients get what they want by using the right tools and providing the valuable insight and support needed to invest in their future. Jennifer was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania and moved to Fairfax Virginia to attend George Mason University on a full athletic scholarship. Her family currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia. Jennifer enjoys fishing and fitness while occasionally mentoring young basketball players in the area. She has a true passion for real estate and understands that providing a high level of customer services is key to earning referrals and repeat clients.
