My foundation in real estate was shaped early by my grandfather’s mission-driven work restoring homes and uplifting communities—a legacy I’m proud to carry forward. From pre-foreclosure negotiations to HUD approvals, from luxury listings to lease-purchase options, I've brokered over 3,000 successful transactions and closed more than 335 personally. I’ve recruited and trained hundreds of agents as a VP of Sales and Sales Manager for several brokerages, sharing real-world insight and fostering top producer performance. I stay current with contracts, market trends, and risk management strategies to ensure my clients are empowered with the most accurate and practical advice. Whether navigating complex zoning research or prepping for multi-site property management, I bring seasoned expertise with a thoughtful, client-centered approach.

Beyond the transaction, I’m proud to be a mom—the same number of years I’ve been a Realtor®—to three incredible (and now grown) children, including a nurse, a utility supervisor, and a U.S. Coast Guard servicemember. Family is my why. In my free time, I love watching men’s water polo and beach polo matches at Hotel Del, when given the opportunity.
