Jenette O'Brien

Jenette O'Brien is Managing Director, Real Assets at Apollo, where she is a member of the Net Lease group. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the net lease portfolio and is also involved in the diligence and execution of acquisitions. Prior to joining the Firm, Jenette was Vice President, Asset Management at Realty Income Corporation, Previously, she was Associate Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel at Realty Income.

Jenette graduated from Arizona State University and received her JD from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and her L.L.M. in Taxation from University of San Diego. She holds a California Real Estate Broker's license and is a member of the California Bar Association.
