Jeni was amazing to deal with, she answered all of our questions, and there were many, she gave us great advice on staging our home for photographs, and it looked great, so great in fact, we were under contract in less then 30 hours, with an above asking price offer! if you want the best, do not hesitate to call Jeni, she will be the best decision you will ever make!!!

Jeni is an excellent realtor and made my closing process easy and painless! She guided me through the important negotiations with the seller, encouraged me to include items I wanted to bring up to the seller and also grounded me if I got too far off track. She is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very easy to work with. Even though I’ve purchased several houses I still needed some guidance on the ins and outs of buying a new house. She never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question or made me feel like I was bothering her. She was quick to respond. After closing she even checked in on me to see how the house is and how everything is going. I’m hoping not to move for quite a long time but if I do, she’ll be the first one I contact. Definitely recommend

We just bought our first home and Jeni made the process so easy for us! She was always very quick to answering any of our questions. I work night shift and she was very accommodating to that when it came to looking at homes and evening making sure she waited to call until mid afternoon knowing that I was sleeping.
