Jenifer was referred to me by one of my neighbors. I met Jenifer a year ago, she specializes in shot sales therefore; her recommended her. Well, getting to,the point the point this has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. If it was not for Jenifer I would have just given up and let the home be forclosed on. She dealt with many agents and many potential offers as well as offers that fell through, she never gave up. She dealt with my mortgage company who in my opinion put up every road block imaginable. She did so in a very professional way while keeping me calm through this ordeal!!! She is a real professional and a real go getter!!! She went well above and beyond and did so with the MOST positive attitude ever! We finally closed 4 days shy of the home being listed in addition she also found my current rental.
