We came to Jen after a full year of trying to sell our condo with no success. She immediately reset the strategy, listed it for both rent and sale, and had a tenant signed within two weeks. That alone was a win.

About two months into the lease, Jen brought us a cash buyer who followed through all the way to closing.

This wasn’t the easiest deal, there were condo questions, documents to navigate, and plenty of moving parts, but Jen handled everything with steady communication, patience, and professionalism. She never disappeared, never pressured us, and she guided us all the way to the finish line.

My roommates and I recently used Jen to look for rentals in the fairmount area. We all just graduated and were looking to rent our first “adult” apartment. Jen was extremely consistent in adding options to our MLS portal and checking in. She continuously added places that were in our price range, the area we wanted, and included our non-negotiables. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jen and her team!!

My partner and I were first-time home buyers. We didn't know anyone in the real estate market in the Philly area, so we searched for realtors online (by typing something like "best realtors in the Philadelphia area"). After interviewing with several realtors, we decided to go with her, because she immediately asked relevant questions, was concise, to-the-point, and seemed well-organized. The least we could say is that we were not disappointed – she has been really fantastic!! She was very responsive, available, made sure she understood what type of housing we were looking for, and worked actively to help us find a home that we both liked!

Overall, the process went very smoothly. We contacted her in the second half of January 2023, and started doing tours a week or so later. Jen was quick to schedule tour and would adjust based on our last-minute requests/changes. Even though we changed our mind in the middle of the process, not only about the search area (suburbs --> city) but also about the type of house (single-family residence --> townhouse), she did not judge us and continued help us with our search.
During the tours, Jen would point out things she finds suspicious and also make sure that if some of the things we listed in our criteria aren't present in a given house, we are fine with it. We appreciated that she actively pointed out the negative aspects of each house we were touring and was trying to find the house that was right for us (as opposed to, say, the most expensive one).
After 2 weeks or so of touring, we found a house and made an offer, which was accepted. Jen gave us her honest opinion about the price of the house (it turns out her opinion aligned with the external inspection that was done later) and managed to negotiate the price on our behalf.
After our offer was accepted, Jen and her team (and her recommended "external collaborators" – i.e., lender and house inspector) helped us go through all the paperwork and made sure everything was done on time.

So, overall, awesome experience! We will definitely not hesitate to reach out to her again in the future (e.g., when we sell our recently bought house and get a new one!)!

I highly recommend hiring Jen as your realtor! Before I was ready to buy a home I went to her home-buying workshop and gained a general better understanding about the buying process, different types of mortgages and how to plan for buying a home. My budget was tight and she was very understanding and never pressured me to look at homes out of my price range. During the home inspection, Jen helped point out issues and helped explained some of the things I was seeing. Jen also helped me stay on track of all materials/documents that was due and explained everything in detail. After closing on the house, I needed plumbing and roofing done. From defining realtor/housing jargon to sending us emails with documents she had created to help first time home buyers understand what the hell was absolutely happening - I can't recommend Jen enough. If you are looking for a fun, laid-back, extremely knowledgable, on-top-of-everything, funny realtor then look no further. I did not think that I would be buying a house this year and Jen made us realize it was definitely the time to do so. When I knew I wanted to start looking at houses, I knew it was time to call Jen. She was immediately receptive to my search, and created a portal for me based on the criteria I gave. It took me a while to narrow down my search to the neighborhood I decided on, and she was there for me the whole way. From our first look at the property through closing, Jen made sure that I was aware of everything going on and answered all of my questions. She was very available which was helpful as things come up during the process that are unexpected. She has done a great job working with first time homebuyers to make sure they have the tools they need to find their home. Jen also has a great network of contractors to work with and recommend for projects I want to do in the home, which is an added bonus and helped me book estimates before I even closed so I am wasting no time! If you want someone who will work their tail off for you, look no further than Jen.

Jen was OUT OF THIS WORLD - truly had the best experience working with Jen & her team to find and purchase my first home. I wasn't too sold on the idea of buying, but Jen understood my situation and had so much knowledge to share that I immediately settled into the idea and felt confident in taking this next step.

Jen had clearly done her research before we went out looking at homes as she was answering questions and speaking to things that I didn't even know a realtor would know about! She also provided tremendous value when it came to the actual offer/purchase process which was foreign to me. Overall, Jen and Adam were great advocates who ensured that my interests were well represented and that I was getting a fair (if not great!) deal. If not for Jen's recommendations on how to approach the offer process, I am sure I would have lost out on my new home!

Additionally, Jen was extremely dedicated and always available to meet or talk over the phone. I imagine Jen has many active clients at any given time, but I felt like she was only working with me. She was honest, gave impactful advice, and was extremely dedicated throughout the entire home search & buying process.

She gave us room to make your own decisions but also happy to offer her professional opinion when asked. She never ever made us feel dumb in the first-time home buying process with our thousands of questions.

Jen was very knowledgeable about how houses of a variety ages, sizes, ranges, builds, designs, etc. I've known her for years before buying a house and she's always been very handy. So when it came down to inspection or figuring out pricing for repairs, she was helpful in getting a realistic idea of what a repair costs and time it takes. She was also really helpful in helping us identify contractors to get quotes and estimates for repairs and upgrades that needed to be done on the house we bought (before and after the negotiations). Jen was the absolute best choice for a realtor for our first home buying experience. She was so knowledgeable about the process, where as we were not, and taught us so much in the short time that we worked with her. She was always there to answer any question that we had no matter how small and always responded to us within hours, most of the time in minutes. When we were anxiously trying to decide between two homes to put in our first offer, she was a voice of reason and gave great advice and really had great insight for us throughout the whole process. On all of our house showings Jen was with us every step of the way providing her knowledge on things that we wouldn't otherwise know to pay attention to or think about. Jen was a rockstar when it came to getting us into places quickly to see in this competitive market - we had multiple times where we saw 8+ houses in one night and were able to see over 20 homes in a matter of 2 weeks thanks to Jen. Once we were ready to put in an offer, Jen continued to be a great resource to us to explain exactly how the process worked and to help us with the offer and negotiation process. She has a lot of great connections throughout the city to be able to recommend companies for the inspections, etc. Overall, she was our lifeline throughout the whole process and we couldn't have done it without her!
