Jenn Eddleman

As a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest and a proud member of the Skagit Valley community for the past 30 years, Jenn Eddleman loves sharing her corner of the world. A dedicated Broker with Windermere Real Estate/Skagit Valley, she works with clients throughout Skagit, Whatcom, and northern Snohomish Counties.

Jenn brings over three years of real estate experience, known for her honest communication, exceptional service, and calm, can-do attitude. She guides clients through every step of the buying or selling process, whether they’re first-time homebuyers, relocating, or downsizing. As a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), she particularly enjoys assisting older adults in transitioning to the next phase of life and supporting their families throughout the process.

Deeply involved in her community, Jenn has volunteered as a certified Master Gardener with the WSU Skagit Valley Extension, served on the Burlington Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and currently sits on the boards for Skagit Preschool and Resource Center (SPARC) and the North Puget Sound Association of Realtors. She’s also a proud graduate of the Leadership Skagit Class of 2024.
