JENN ESPARZA

Jenn is a 4th Generation Tampanian born and raised right here in our beautiful Tampa Bay. She obtained her Real Estate license in 2005 and has been in the Real Estate arena ever since. Jenn started her Real Estate career in the field of Property Management where she worked in all aspects within the apartment industry for several years prior to transitioning into New Home Sales. She sold New Construction Homes for the Nations Top Production Builder where she had the opportunity to help grow the Tampa Division starting up and closing out multiple New Home Communities within the Tampa Bay area. Jenn has extensive knowledge of the various stages of new construction and design options from start to finish. Jenn has spent the last few years in General Real Estate helping both Buyers and Sellers achieve their Real Estate goals. Over the years she has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes.
