Jenn listed our home last spring and she was amazing to work with. It was my first time selling a home and she won our service after 6 agent interviews. She came in with confidence of what our home was worth. She helped with making sure the place was clean for showings and again when we closed handing keys over to the new owner. She knows the best title company in town that will help military sign paperwork weeks before closing so they don’t have to be at the closing table if they have to move before closing. She hires the best photographer/videographer for amazing photos.she is organized when it comes to presenting offers. Listing all offers in an easy to understand spreadsheet.
We unexpectedly ended up in a duel agent situation and we never felt like she was no longer giving us sound advice once we agreed to use her buyer. She definitely set the bar high for what we expect for any future listing agents. If only we could pack her in our pocket everywhere we go!

We just closed on the sale of our home today...only 33 days after listing! Jenn is an amazing realtor, like the BEST! We live in Texas and our home was a rental property managed by a company that we had numerous issues with. She was always looking out for our best interest. She was great communication and kept us in the loop with everything going on. We listed while our tenants were living in the house due to COVID 19 and our home had multiple offers 2 days later, before we even opened for showings. She went above and beyond our expectations as a seller! She scheduled everything for us, including repairs, inspections, and cleanings. I would recommend her to all my friends and any military families looking for someone who will take great care of them when buying or selling a home!!

We found Jen online from California and she worked her butt of for us! We weren’t even 100% sure we were going to make the move and she never made us feel pressured or like we were wasting her time. I had no clue where to start with my home search. A friend of a friend recommended Jen and She is truly amazing and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. She has lenders who work with you much better than certain other places. If your new to town or new to the buying process she is just amazing with preparing you for what to expect and gives you sound advice. She helped us from beginning to end. Honestly most people these days try to get by with the bare minimum but not her. She went far above our expectations.

Jenn McMillion is a true professional and expert in her field. She was fantastic to work with, and her straightforward no-nonsense approach was very appreciated. Jenn was able to have us under contract for our home within 48 hours after listing. After the initial buyers, through no fault of Jenn, failed to close when agreed and delayed our closing on a new home, she was able to have us under contract again in less than a week, going above and beyond to ensure we closed — preventing us from losing the contract on our beautiful new construction.
