Jenn Weldon is a licensed NC/SC Realtor and has been in the local real estate industry for over 15 years, with a specialization in the New Home Construction niche. Working with several homebuilders in various local markets and across all price ranges from first time buyers to multi-million dollar custom homes, Jenn has met many families on their new home journey. Although technically working as a Seller’s Representative, Jenn’s role was to assist customers through the build process from their initial search for a home and community to fit their needs all the way until closing.
