Jenni is a badass and knows her stuff.

She helped me get the house years ago and at time to transfer (Navy), I went to her again. Her caring nature and wisdom of the industry advised me at each step of the selling process. Ultimately navigating to a quick sale and much larger proceeds than expected.

When I return to the east coast, I'll be asking for her services again. Why risk losing an asset.

Hire her. She gives results.

Due to being out-of-state, neither my husband nor I could be present for the initial house hunting. Jenni was great about quickly scheduling showings for us and keeping us in the loop, on top of utilizing FaceTime to show the houses. We are new to the state, so had no idea of which neighborhoods would work best for our family; however, due to her experience with the area, Jenni was able to recommend neighborhoods based on our criteria. Our new home (and neighborhood) has worked out marvelously for us! Thank you, Jenni. :)

Jenni is incredible! She went over and above to help us. She was professional, responsive, and determined to get us the house of our dreams. And she did! We LOVE our house! She even helped us set up our water at our new house long after closing. I highly recommend her!

Jenni was a true life saver when the time came to sell our home. As a military family stationed in the middle of the Pacific trying to sell a home we haven’t laid eyes on in the past 7 years could have been a complete nightmare. We originally worked with a realtor recommended to us by our property “management” company but discovered quickly he didn’t have our best interests in mind and we needed someone we could trust. Then we found Jenni! During our first conversation I was assured it was the right move for us. There were several hurdles to overcome including tenants, a subpar property manager, and home repairs. Being thousands of miles away only added to the stress. We found Jenni to be honest and productive. She recommended what needed to be repaired and nothing more, saving us thousands of dollars and time. Once the repairs were agreed upon she gathered several price quotes and oversaw that all the work was completed appropriately. It was such a huge weight off of our shoulders and the VA appraisal had zero issues! 🥳 If your looking for an smart, honest, and hardworking realtor we recommended Jenni Brown, hands down!
