Jennie’s real estate career began like most good things in her life, completely by chance. After practicing law for a year and a half and then having her son, Jennie decided to step away from the legal field. A lover of houses and real estate, she did not skip a beat when beginning her real estate career with two of Atlanta’s top agents.
Seven years, and thirty-five million in sales later, Jennie decided it was time to step out on her own to further serve her clients. In this short amount of time, she has built not only a strong referral-based business, but also an invaluable network of vendors and professionals that are a priceless asset to her clients. Jennie’s dedication and work ethic are noted and respected amongst her clients, her peers, and everyone she encounters. Perhaps one of her favorite aspects of real estate is the ability to help people.
Jennie offers a unique perspective on real estate as not only is she an experienced and successful agent, but she is also a skilled and well versed, active attorney. This allows her to offer her clients a competitive advantage when it comes to contract drafting, negotiations, and numerous other aspects of selling or buying property.
Native to Atlanta, she grew up in Sandy Springs and attended Holy Innocents Episcopal school for 16 years. She has sold houses all across the metro area from Cabbagetown, to Johns Creek and everything in between. She knows the ins and outs of Atlanta Schools; public and private, neighborhoods, restaurants, events, the dreaded traffic, and anything else a client might want to know.
Social media marketing skills is one of Jennie’s strongest assets. In 2019, she was awarded the Best Social Media marketing in her entire brokerage of one hundred agents. Her Instagram page, @jenniewilson4, provides a wealth of real estate knowledge in addition to showcasing her exclusively listed properties. This offers her clients a competitive edge in utilizing such an important marketing medium that has quickly become the norm in today’s real estate market.
With her husband, Jarad, their two children, Colin & Emma, and two mischievous dogs, Napa and Arthur, Jennie and her family reside in Derby Hills. They are also members of Cherokee Town and Country Club. When not selling real estate, Jennie can be found shopping, home decorating and enjoying time with her family and friends.
