Where do I even begin? She has gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to find our new home as our old home is full of black mold and landlord was refusing to fix the problem. We all are fighting terrible health issues and Jen couldn't have been more understanding and always available to answer all my ridiculous questions. She worked a miracle in this market. She knows so many people to help us out in many different ways as well. You can't go wrong using Jen Adam's as your realtor!! We love you and couldn't THANK YOU ANYMORE for ALL YOU have done for us all. I would recommend everyone use you. She tells it like it is and is willing to do whatever she can to seal the deal. Less than a month it took from 1st text about wanting to see our new home to going to settlement. 😱 Call her now!

Jennifer was an absolute lifesaver when I needed to sell my late mother's house. She was by my side the entire time with information, recommendations, and encouraging words when I needed them. She clearly is an expert regarding real estate in this area of Montgomery County and I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. She's kind, thoughtful, hilarious, and has a rolodex of contractors and other vendors who can help out with whatever might need to be done prior to closing. Our parents chose Jennifer Adams to sell the house they lived in for almost 60 years. Jennifer went above and beyond in her professionalism and compassion. She understood the anxiety and hesitancy they felt and was available for last-minute questions and requests. Jennifer even "rolled up her sleeves" to stage the house which required manual labor! Jennifer was, hands down, the most amazing realtor we've ever had the pleasure of working with! She went above and beyond in every aspect of our search from start to finish. If it hadn't been for her initiative in searching for a mortgage company that would work with us before we sold our current house, we would never have thought we could get the home of our dreams. Time and again, when it came to making our offer and then sealing the deal, Jennifer was able to get the inside scoop and make sure we were fully represented and got the best bang for our buck. She did a lot of work the sellers' realtor should have done but she was happy to do it for us. There’s so much I want to say but a google review won’t cover it. Overall, Jen was a miracle worker for my husband and I and we couldn’t have been happier to have her by our side through many ups and downs. Jen advocated for us continuously under a messy contract and eventually, helped us get out of contract when we new the house wasn’t suppose to be ours. She then stuck by our side until we found our new home, which we settled on yesterday! Throughout the process, she was always available to take us to showings, new how to structure a competitive offer, and was always willing to explain things we didn’t understand. In this challenging market, having someone available and ready to work meant everything to us. We worked together for a total of 6 months and I always knew we could count on her, for anything! Thank you Jen for helping us find our new home, we couldn’t be more excited to start our new chapter!
