Ryan Sackman was not only a stellar realtor, but also a phenomenal help and mentor in the process of buying my house to a young 20 year old. Any time I had questions or concerns, Ryan and his team would always get back to me, and he would help in a very timely manner. He would go to every single source he had to get me the best information he could. He took care in walking me through the process of buying the house, as well as the physical walk through and inspection. Ryan and his team were also was extremely helpful with explaining the closing process and giving me tips and guidance to become a landlord of this property. All in all, Ryan Sackman was an amazing realtor, and even better mentor, and I cant wait to get my next house with him! If I could give 6 stars I would!

My wife and I sold our house with the help of Jennifer Allen. She made the process smooth and less intimidating. She priced our house just right and we got triple the amount we were hoping for! We were also looking to buy another house in a different area. Her husband, Alan Benson, took over as our realtor for purchasing a home. He was quick to get us in to look at a house the same day and our offer went in and was accepted that night! He gave us great advice on our purchase and helped us save thousands of dollars! We worked closely with Alan, Jennifer's husband, and they are such an incredible team from day one! We started our process in December and we were moved into our new home in early March, thanks to their attentiveness and knowledge.

Alan, Jennifer and their entire team, truly held our hands and guided us through the whole process, keeping us updated, easing our concerns and pointing us in the right direction the entire time. We went into this thinking we would be buying in the fall but they made our new beginning happen in the blink of an eye!

I cannot say enough about the experience I had working with Jennifer Allen. I'm in a business where I work with a lot of real estate agents. Most of them are willing to set a price and lower it until it sells and that is the extent of their interest in your well-being. Jennifer took the time to understand my property and came up with lots of ways to market it, she is the sole reason I got over asked for my property. Every detail was carefully explained to me and she walked me through the whole process step by step. I'm not big on reviews but this one was easy.

You have made a mistake if you haven't hired Jennifer buy or sell your house.

It was truly a pleasure working with Jennifer Allen & Rhonda Battig. The ladies were always available to answer any questions I had regarding my loan, and what the next step would be. All of telephone calls were returned in a reasonable amount of time, which I was very impressed with. Many agents are not real masterful in returning calls in a reasonable amount of time, which could be a down fall for serious buyer in today's market. Rhonda Battig was TREMENDOUS in helping finding us the home that fit all our needs. I love the motto Rhonda has, Call Me as I would love to help! She truly did just that, helping us to locate a home traveling all over Cuyahoga County from Mentor, Brunswick, Cleveland Heights, Solon, Bedford just to name a few. I was very impressed with her abilities to keep our home porto filled with homes in our price range, bedrooms, & baths to look at, save, or delete. I found that very impressive utilizing the porto because it kind of cut down traveling to homes we really wouldn't meet our needs. I found both ladies to be very masterful in their line of work, and worked really hard at making their customers happy. Our loan officer had rode blocks for us to hurdle, I called the ladies and they helped me to understand, and work through the hurdles for the loan to meet the deadines. I am not familar with real estate agents that go the extra mile, Rhonda did ALWAYS, and my husband and I just love her. We found her to be very personable and serious about her job, and that was what we needed. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Rhonda to anyone, everyone because those two ladies are very well versed in Real Estate, and keep your dream right before your very eyes. Jennifer was assigned to me through a corporate relocation, and I truly feel like I hit the jackpot. She has an amazing knowledge of the whole greater Cleveland area. I was unfamiliar with the area and completely relied on her knowledge to make my relo happen on a tight timeline, and she really came through. She helped us narrow down areas to focus on and gave us a lot of great info about neighborhoods as we were driving around. Her very frank feedback on the houses we looked at made me feel that I was in very capable hands; for example, she noticed cosmetic and structural issues that I didn't always see and gave me good advice about what was typical for an area and what was a scary red flag. Once we agreed on a property she did a great job of negotiating with our priorities - a quick move date - in mind and shepherded our loan through the process to make sure closing happened on schedule with no surprises. After spending 10 months in the neglectful, unprofessional, and inexperienced hands of another well-known realty team, Rhonda stepped up to the plate and found us our home within the first month of working with her. We'd gone through so much mishandling with the first realtor that we were leary to even keep trying for our first home, but Jennifer's team made us feel like we mattered to them and followed through with all of their promises. Rhonda walked us through the entire process, negotiating on our behalf even when it was contrary to her own financial interests. Jennifer's team is so well-connected in the business that they when asked, they gave us names of all the other competant people we'd need to finish things (mortgage/inspector/title co.). My wife and I began the process of looking for homes close to our 2 year marker after our bankruptcy discharge date. We felt because of our financial hardships in the previous years it was going to be a trying and difficult journey into home ownership. After walking through multiple open houses, the last one of the day, one of Jennifers associates was hosting it. After explaining our situation to her she seemed very confident that we could get through the process fairly easy and was very kind and reassuring. That was day one of a great experience with Jennifer Allen and Associates with Remax. After hearing multiple horror stories of real estate agent nightmares from our friends and family, we hit the lottery with our realtor. From start to finish our realtor Rhonda Battig (part of Jennifers team) was extremely friendly and honest. She and the Remax office were always there when we had a question (there were a ton), and they quickly provided an answer. Any issue that may have come up during the process was handled quickly and we were kept in the loop the whole time. No, I repeat NO shady dealings or feelings from anyone within this team. It was quite refreshing and very assuring knowing that we had sincerely good people working with us to achieve our dream that we had worked so hard to get to. After putting two bids on homes that both ended up being money pits after receiving the home inspection reports, Rhonda had grown to know what we were looking for in a home. She recommended a place for us to look at, and WOW did we fall in love with it. We now live in that home and could not have done it without the help from this team, without Rhonda.
