About Jennifer

I am a life-time native of both the northern and southern suburbs of Chicago and proud that this powerful mid-western city shaped who I am today. During my time in Chicago I was able to experience various neighborhoods and their unique cultural differences. I was also fortunate enough to live in the amazing cities of San Francisco, Piedmont, and Charlotte, NC. My interest in housing and communities grew in each city I lived in, cultivating within me a love of diverse housing and how it gives a neighborhood it’s unique identity. My passion for real estate was borne from these experiences.
Several years ago my best friend and I decided to road trip to Nashville, to see why everyone was talking about “Music City”. I was instantly drawn to the warmth and charm the city offered. I loved the slower pace yet felt like I was still in a very hip city. Nashville offered everything I thought a dream city should be. Beautiful homes set among serene and scenic neighborhoods, rolling hills and vast land, developing urban areas, extraordinary schools, and charming boutiques and bistros. I was not prepared for the beauty Nashville offered.

By the time my friend and I drove back to Chicago I knew I wanted Nashville to be home for my family. I dove head first into researching schools, neighborhoods, and businesses, and quickly realized I wasn’t the only one enamored with this city. Nashville was the growing choice for many, due to its beauty, charm, and friendliness. So I put my house on the market, packed up and we headed south!

While I rented my first year in Nashville, I began searching for my home with a local agent. She took time to get to know me first, and we established a great relationship, making our process much easier and less stressful. Because she discovered my needs and desires when it came to the home I was searching for, she showed me neighborhoods that resonated with me. The process was exciting and positive, and filled me with the satisfaction that I had made the right decision in choosing Nashville. I discovered the importance of having an excellent Realtor and immediately knew I wanted to provide that feeling for others. I am proud of my new home town, and want others to find their place here.
