Jennifer was such a joy to work with. My fiancé and I were moving to Missoula from 2,300 miles away, and she made the buying process so easy. It was like there was no distance at all! Her knowledge of the area and her sweet personality made everything go so smoothly. She even went above and beyond to make sure the house closed when we needed it to. Jennifer helped us buy our new house and sell our old house in a matter of days. While we had been looking at houses for a few months, the house we did buy - she got us in to look at it very quickly (leaving a dinner she was having with friends). She was always responsive and quick to ask questions and get answers as they came up. The process went very smoothly, and while I know the market is great right now for selling (summer 2015) - it was (as I stated earlier) Jennifer getting us in to see our new house quickly and asking the right questions that got us our house. She is young to the being a realtor, but she is honest and hard working. What she lacked in experience, she made up for in being thorough, responsive and genuine. We are very critical when it comes to realtors, so I am not usually one to recommend anyone - that being said . . . I do recommend Jennifer Barnard because I trust that she will work hard for her clients

Where do we start!? She surprised us from day one. We kind of began the process by accident when we were window shopping houses. She was listed as the selling agent on a property we just wanted to look at. From first contact she was prompt and respectful. She didn't seem to care that we may not be buying anytime soon. She talked us through the process and calmed our nerves. When the time came a couple months later to start getting serious, there was no question that we wouldn't call her. Having a lot of friends that are also real estate agents we sometimes felt like we should work with them, but every time we dealt with Jennifer she reassured our feeling that she was the best agent for us. We cannot say enough good things about her work ethic, honesty, knowledge and process. During our closing process she worked with the seller to achieve the best results that we could have asked for. She was always there when we had question and always seemed to know the right thing to say when we didn't. Things couldn't have gone better with closing and we are very happy with our new house!
