We are so glad Jennifer Brewer was recommended to assist us to find a home. Our home in Maryland was sold so quickly that we had almost no time to look, but Jennifer never acted like we bothered her, even though I'm sure at times we got on her nerves because we were so anxious. After meeting her the first time at a home we absolutely did not like, she discussed with us exactly what our expectations and physical needs were for our new home. The second home she showed us was "IT"! We feel like Jennifer cared enough to listen to us, take the time to go through the lists of homes for sale all around the area, and pick out the ones that addressed all the items on our list. Throughout the hectic month of the processes of both the sale of our residence in one state, purchase of a new residence in another state, packing up a lifetime of belongings, an inept title office handling the legal process for the sale time and again - Jennifer never lost patience, always calm, considerate, assuring me that the purchase of our new home would be much easier and on time. We feel like we have made a friend and are so grateful we were blessed with her for our real estate agent.

I have restarted this review about three times trying to make it sound official, but the truth is I think Jennifer is a great realtor. She paid attention to what I was saying I wanted and when needed, she gave me sound feedback on my expectations. Because of her willingness to go the extra mile, she saved me from making a very poor decision at one point. If/when I decide to move again, you can be sure I will ask her for her assistance again.

My husband and I are happily moved into our first home, just after two offers and within one month of searching. We are so grateful for Ms. Brewer’s help and expertise. Having been a realtor in this area for some time now and a military spouse herself, she knew firsthand what the market looked like for us, how to make competitive offers so that we would stand out, and knew a lot about VA loans, which was extremely helpful to us as a military family.
