Jennifer Cargo

I got my start in new home sales and marketing when I first became licensed in 2004. I transitioned into property management in 2010 and became a licensed real estate broker in 2012, which ultimately led to an opportunity to become a managing broker. My greatest accomplishment has been the completion of a successful DRE audit with a letter back from the supervising auditor stating that the brokerage was in substantial compliance. I have also obtained my Property Management Certification through the California Association of REALTORS and E-PRO certification through the National Association of Realtors. I love to work with people to help them to discover their strengths and overcome their weaknesses to develop both personally and professionally.
