Jennifer and her Husband Larry have been the owners of Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Island, inc for more than a decade. Jennifer, Larry and their son moved to the island in 2005. Since they have added a son as well as developed multiple Anna Maria Island properties together. Jennifer is personally experienced in all facets of residential construction; demolition, multiple remodels, multiple pool builds and multiple single family construction projects. In addition, she has helped Larry oversee the commercial construction in Holmes Beach of a 9,000 square foot commercial building as well as recently developing a direct Gulf Front 10,000+ square foot condominium. Finally, Jennifer and her husband have owned and operated Annual rentals, Seasonal rentals and Commercial rentals on Anna Maria Island.

Jennifer is originally from Champion, Ohio and has had the good fortune to have lived in Boulder, Colorado and Bristol, Rhode Island before moving to Anna Maria City.

Jennifer has her Associates degree in applied science in Veterinary medicine and has actively fostered dogs to assist in helping them find their forever homes. Although Jennifer is not in the veterinary field anymore, her love of animals is still strong. The family has a small dog named Smokey and you might run into them at the neighborhood dog park in Holmes Beach.

Jennifer is a member of the Manatee Agents Connect, Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce and a leader in her Key Royale Neighborhood in which she volunteers.
