My wife and I have ABSOLUTELY LOVED working with Jennifer for both the purchase of a new house and sale of current house. We met Jennifer a decade ago when she helped us buy our current house (which she just sold for over list in one weekend!). We were instantly convinced she was the realtor for us and we would NEVER EVEN CONSIDER working with another in metro Nashville. In the current wild housing market, she worked with us for nearly a year to find a new house. She was patient with both timing and with questions, paid attention to the details, guided us through the art of making offers, and ultimately landed us the best house of all the ones we looked at. If she's still in practice when we sell this next house, she'll be our first call!

From our first 100 year-old home nine years ago to the new build we recently moved into, Jen Claxton has been an invaluable ally in navigating our family's evolving needs within an ever-evolving market. Jen is pragmatic and professional with informed taste. She's one of those people I consider to be an expert in her field.

In the process of searching for a home, Jen's experience always led to sound counsel for my wife and I to formulate and negotiate our expectations. In selling a home, you want Jen at your side. And, her relationships with contractors, stagers, inspectors, etc. put us in good hands with each milestone.

Jennifer helped us buy our first house 10 years ago, and there was no doubt that we'd return to work with her again when we were ready to sell and buy again. I really value Jen's insights & honest feedback while home shopping -- she helped us discern when a house wasn't really checking all of our boxes, which is so helpful when making an offer on a new home can feel so urgent. Jennifer was fantastic! As a first-time home-buyer, we had several questions throughout all parts of the home-buying process, and Jennifer ensured that each step was as smooth as it could possibly be. She provided excellent advice and was incredibly responsive to requests to see houses. Throughout the offer and closing processes, Jennifer's check lists, organization of each step, and relationships with various other parties (inspector, lender, etc.), made closing on our house an enjoyable experience.

Jennifer helped us with purchasing our first home during what was arguably the most competitive market in Nashville real estate history. We were very nervous about the home buying process and selecting a real estate agent when we started this process, but as soon as we met Jennifer we felt a sense of relief and comfort. We admittedly knew very little about owning a home going into this home purchase, and Jennifer seamlessly supplemented our knowledge (or lack thereof) with her experience. Our family cannot say enough about Jennifer! Navigating the craziness of the Nashville housing market was so intimidating for us, but with Jennifer guiding us, we knew we had an expert genuinely in our corner while choosing a home to grow our family in. My wife and I work alternating schedules and we have a 10 month old at home and Jennifer rolled with the punches of our chaos never making us feel like an inconvenience.

After closing and parting ways with Jennifer it felt strange that we would not be seeing her at the rate we had because she had developed such a strong relationship and rapport with us by the end of our search. We are immensely grateful for the guidance she gave to us.
