My name is Ann, I'm using my son's account to post this review. Even though I'm not very tech savvy and I rarely do reviews, I really wanted to leave one this time. Jennifer is the best realtor I've ever worked with. From the very beginning she was incredibly professional and responsible. She went above and beyond to make sure my real estate transaction closed successfully. Because I was doing a 1031 exchange I was working with all kinds of deadlines, and Jennifer made sure that we hit all the marks. She was extremely patient and diligent while I was looking for property. She kept on top of my target market and communicated effectively and in a timely manner. We spent several days looking at property and had one failed offer. Even when I got discouraged, she kept moving forward until we found the right house. During the closing process, she was on top of all deadlines and was very thorough regarding the inspection and repair process. I would recommend Jennifer very highly for all your real estate needs.

More than any other realtor my husband & I have known (and we've bought & sold many homes), Jennifer is absolutely responsive, informed, and a take charge person. She does what she says she's going to do and was capable of connecting us with the right house. We lived far from where we purchased a house and so we needed her to zoom showings. She was organized & at the ready every time. She gave us all the time we needed to survey a property, measuring rooms and pointing out potential problems. She provided us with proposals for repair work on the house we chose to buy so knew what to expect. She's the kind of networking advocate buyers & sellers of homes need in. they're corner. Jennifer Dilorio worked for about 3 weeks trying to find a home that we would enjoy. We were rather "pickey", but she finally found the perfect place for us. She even went to the house to accept delivery of our washer and dryer when we were out of state. Jennifer was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Jennifer is a GREAT agent to work with! Recently, she represented a buyer in the sale of one of my listings. We had received 4 offers on the property, and Jennifer's client didn't win. However, Jennifer had a strategy to keep her client in the game, so when the first buyer got cold feet not even 12 hours after getting their contract signed, Jennifer was already in position to swoop in and put her client in first position. Jennifer has been incredibly helpful during the sale of our home. This is the first time we have sold a home and we didn't know what to expect.

We were delayed in getting started with the process of the sale but she was patient and understanding. She is also very informative and let us know several key pieces of information that we hadn't been told about before.
