My mom is 61 and was renter all her life, she was recently asked to move out of her rental on short notice. I panicked (I'm in NY mom is in FL) and hopped on the computer to locate a new home for my mom. I came across the Zillow website with Jennifer's picture and instantly her presence made me feel calm. She seemed as though she would be a good fit to work with my mom. I reached out to her and immediately she took my mom around to show her different neighborhoods as well as units that were suitable for mom. After the first look with Jennifer, my mom called and expressed how beautiful and kind she was. It made me feel good that mom was comfortable with her. Our process of home buying was not an easy one, but Jennifer was with us working for us every step of the way. She even helped to deliver the last piece of document to close on the sale of mom's new home. I recommend Jennifer to anyone who is ready to begin their search for a new home. She is professional and very prompt.

Jennifer made our first-time home-buying process a lot less scary and stressful than it could have been. She was very kind and quickly got a feel for what we were looking for. After giving her a list of houses we wanted to see, she immediately scheduled times for us to go and see them, and also added in some great homes to look at along the way that fit our taste. She knows the area very well which was great and she is very quick to respond to any questions that you may have. Any time we needed a question answered she would make herself available, no matter what time it was! I would highly, highly recommend her!Less

Jennifer assisted a young man purchase his first home through an estate. As the executor of the estate, it was more complicated than a normal sale, and was in a more difficult price range. Jenifer perservered and the house closed recently, and and all went extremely well. Jenifer spent many hours trying to find the right property for the right price. Jenifer is professional, diligent and accessible. Jennifer understood the complexities around this sale and spent alot of time making the sale happen. You need Jennifer on your side of the court when buying a home.
